Chicken Escalope’s
Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Egg 1
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Potato grated 2
- Apple grated 2
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Parsley ¼ bunch
- Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Beat well with hammer. Marinate with salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp Wooster sauce.In a bowl mix together grated apple, grated potatoes, 1 egg, salt to taste, a little black pepper, 1 chopped spring onion, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 3 chopped green chilies and 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic. Mix well.
- Now put a little mixture in each chicken strip, fold to make into a roll.Put each chicken roll in a greased oven proof tray. Brush each roll with 2 tbsp butter and bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.Then remove serve.
