Summer grilling 4 great tasting meat marinade recipes

When it comes to summer food and backyard... some crickets, the first thing that comes to mind for me great tasting marinated meat, grilled vegetables and a nice cold dessert.

All this recipe-s as marinade can be made, or you can just prepare the recipe and brush on your flesh like you you grill. Time to save, you can prepare on the previous day and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.

Tex Mex kick

3 Tbsp. pureed chipotle peppers
1/3 Cup orange juice
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon of ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all of the above ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe. Stir until all are combined. Pour marinade into your pickling container along with your flesh of choice. Cool your flesh for 6 hours before grilling.

Asian

1/2 Cup Hoisin sauce
1/4 Cup plum sauce
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons Asian sesame oil
1 TABLESPOON of chopped ginger
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 / 2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all of the above ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe. Stir until all are combined. Pour marinade into your pickling container along with your flesh of choice. Cool your flesh for 6 hours before grilling.

Apricot honey mustard

1/4 Cup apricot preserves
5 Tablespoons honey mustard
1 / 2 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

In a medium bowl, combine all of the above ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe. Stir until all are combined. Pour marinade into your pickling container along with your flesh of choice. Cool your flesh for 6 hours before grilling.

Peach honey mustard

1/4 Cup peach preserves
1 / 3 Cup honey mustard
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
