Dilbahar pasandy


Ingredients
  • Beef fillet ½ kg
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Almonds 1 tbsp ground
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp grinded
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Lemon 1
  • Tomato 1
  • French fries ½ cup
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg beef fillet with 1tbsp raw papaya, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.Beat yogurt, add in 1tsp chili powder, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1tbsps ground almonds and coconut, 2tbsp ground brown onions and the marinated beef fillet. Mix wellHeat oil in a pan and spread the beef fillets.Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Top with green masala, French fries and tomato slices.
