Lahori Murgh Fry


Ingredients
  • Chicken whole 1
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Dalda Cooking oil to fry
Method
  • Make cuts on chicken with knife, marinate with ½ cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp red chili powder overnight. Now drain out extra vinegar and deep fry in hot oil till it turn into golden brown color. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Chaat Masala and 4 tbsp lemon juice. Serve hot.
