Nepal a small country, full of gifts of nature is geographically located between India and China. This beautiful Himalayan land consists of many castes and among castes, to take the strong interest in the preparation and delicious food. Another interesting aspect is that the Nepalese people much meat, food so that it consists of a large inventory of recipes, of mutton, chicken, fish and pork dishes. There are also a lot of vegetables, an agricultural land with 75% of the people, the agriculture as their main occupation is available since Nepal.

The staple food of the Nepalese people in the cities is rice dish along with a variety of lenses, a vegetables and some meat dish and a tasty pickle to it. The recipes of the rich and super rich are extremely tasty and mouth watering, since a wide variety of herbs and spices in the preparations be made. These herbs in the Nepalese cuisine used are all naturally-grown and not harmful to the health in any way. The villages and remote areas of Nepal is a different story. Nepal has as all countries of the third world to thirty percent of people eating and good life, and the rest are below the poverty line. The Thakalis are also a certain tribe of people, mainly in the Western mountain regions of Nepal stay. Their food are also delicious but a few in numbers. Unfortunately, the Nepali cuisine in the outer world for various reasons was not adopted.
