Khattay methy chany


Ingredients
  • Black chana 250 gm soaked overnight
  • Potato 1 cut into small cubes and boiled
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Imli pulp ¼ to ½ cup
  • Chat masala 1 tsp heaped
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 20 to 25
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Sugar 1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
Method
  • Heat oil add white cumin and curry leaves with ginger garlic paste, fry well add chili powder, salt, boil chanay, add imli pulp with sugar and chat masala, mix all add boiled potato, remove in a serving bowl, serve garnish with coriander leaves.
